York Wild Kingdom

They had a big pond filled with all sorts of ducks. We got to feed the ducks which was fun, although I found out that duck "nips" hurt a little. This was the baby duck that I loved and kept trying to feed.

There were free-roaming deer that you could pet. I really liked it, but from the picture below you may be able to tell that Anna wasn't such a fan. No matter how hard mummy tried, Anna was not going to touch the deer.

Anna is now competition for me to "garbage truck" it on the stroller. There's a foot plate at the back of the stroller that's fun to stand on and be pushed around. Time to work on my competition strategy.

Despite a forecast with temperatures in the mid-90s and moderately high humidity, we decided to trek up north to York Wild Kingdom Zoo in York, ME. It was a fun zoo with some fun animals like an ostrich, a hyper baby zebra, an elephant and a whole lot of primates. Even though we were all super hot, we were glad to not be covered in fur and had a great time!
