Well friends, the time has come - I'm starting solids. Although I'm only 5 months old, Auntie Leslie saw all of my throwing up while in New Jersey and made a strong professional recommendation to start. I have to say that I loved my first experience and am looking forward to mastering rice cereal and moving on to other tasty foods!

First Foods
Well friends, the time has come - I'm starting solids. I have to say that I loved my first experience and am looking forward to mastering rice cereal and moving on to other tasty foods!
Happy Happy Birthday (to me)
And now I'm 2. Check out Sam in the background at the end making faces on the screen.
Here is happy birthday in English and then again in Danish. This is my "real" birthday celebration which was lots of fun.
Just a Day at the Beach
While we were in New Jersey I had my first ocean experience when mummy let the waves rush over my feet. I hated it! Every time the waves touched me or I touched the wet sand I burst out crying.
Here are a few pictures from the whole experience.

Live Action
As I said, there are a lot of great memories from our New Jersey trip, so here is some video footage to highlight the action. Sorry that most of them aren't rotated. We still need to either remember to orient the camera correctly or learn to rotate the final product.
Here I am rocking it out in Cape May.
Here I am pulling Sam and Selah down the boardwalk. I had my own ideas about where we should be going, and none of those ideas involved going home, which is why I keep trying to get off the boardwalk.
If you don't think I'm funny, ask Anna. I do have an obsession with monitors making noise, and if you know daddy you know he can't go anywhere without his radar detector which I was commenting about.
Here I am chasing waves. This is great sport if you've never tried it I highly recommend it.

New Jersey Picture Overload
We just got back from the best vacation ever! We spent the week on the Jersey shore with Leslie, the Dorns, Gordons, Lewises, Lohneses and Watsons. That's 13 adults and 8 kids between 4 1/2 months and 3 years. The weather wasn't really beach weather, but that didn't stop us from having a fabulous time at the beach. There are so many great pictures, so excuse the overload, but we couldn't help but show some of the highlights.

Eating
Party, Party, Party
Sam & I picking at cake crumbs on the table. You can never have too much cake!Daddy just turned 30 and we had a big backyard BBQ party for him. We had The Sausage Guy from Fenway do the cooking and Cold Stone do the cake. The weather was perfect, low 70s with clear blue skies. Here are a few pictures of the celebrations, which was lots of fun!
