Bumbo Love

Today mummy broke out the Bumbo thinking that it may be a safer place for me then directly on the floor with Noah and Anna running around. Let me say that even though I'm still not very good at holding my head up, I love the Bumbo as you can see.

Something Green

Well we finally have found a green food that I'll eat!!! Now before the grown up in you gets too excited it should be noted that my green food is a food coloring infused rice crispy treat. Clearly I'm such a picky eater that for a second mummy was excited about even this green development. Maybe someday I'll eat something green that grows in the ground, but don't hold your breath.

Just Because

I know that most of the pictures of me smiling are blurry, but how can you resist a smile like this even if it is blurry?

2 Years Old

Next time mummy says that she wants to take a cake decorating class, I think we should encourage her to go.

Happy Birthday to me!

Some of my favorite gifts - my dress up costume, bracelet, headband and Veggie Tales!

I really am on my way to being a girly girly and love my headband and bracelet. The only time I concede to taking them off is for sleeping, but even that is a sad good-bye. More accessories is obviously the answer!

Cupcake cake for our neighbor party.

Watch our world, here I come! I've officially crossed the line into toddlerhood and am a big girl now! I really am such a happy girl who enjoys life so much, that all I wanted to do was our normal routine. We went to our normal gymnastics class and then out to lunch. In the evening the Lewises came over for dinner and cake. Now, we all know that a birthday is more then just a day, so on Friday our neighbors came over to sing to me in Danish and on Thursday there was singing and cupcakes at preschool.

Now for my stats.....I'm 34" tall (all depending on the charts you look at, that puts me somewhere between the 25th and 65th percentile), weigh 28.4 lbs (all the charts pretty consistently put that in the 70-75th percentile) and have a head circumference of 19 1/2" (which is back on the charts in the 90-95th percentile). All in all, I'm a super healthy girl who gets great marks from my doctor!

For Christmas we got a play kitchen as one of the many generous gifts we were given. Anna and I love to play with it and make all sorts of yummy treats. If you're hungry, please feel free to stop on by!

Bros

Jonah loves when I touch his face - it always makes him smile.

I loved this swing when I was little and I'm glad to see that Jonah is fascinated by it as well.

Jonah's been smiling for at least a week now but it's been hard to catch on film. Although this is pretty blurry, it's the best picture we have so far.

Me and Anna watching the snow removal process from inside, which is where we feel the safest. To be honest, I think that mummy is glad for the excuse we provide to stay inside for her as well.

Earlier this week we had a serious snow storm that resulted in 2 feet of snow. From what I hear, this winter is proving to be seriously snowy compared to last year. Somehow I'm not sure I'm going to get out in any snow this year, but I'm already thinking about next year.

Big Boy Bath

Weeks ago I was able to graduate to a big boy bath, once my umbilical cord fell off. Noah and Anna take a bath together, but I'm not quite ready to join that fun. Check me out in the big tub though.

Hanging Out

Wide eyed wonder at how Anna is able to shake the playmat toys around.


Apparently I wouldn't be a Goodall if I didn't spit up. Luckily Anna remembers the indignity of it and is helping to clean me up.

Now that the Christmas tree is down, my playmat has made it's debut as a place for me to hang out. It's a nice change of pace and it's a sure guarantee that Noah and/or Anna will come and play with me.

Grandma Janice

Grandma Janice is out East visiting her daughter and family, so she stopped by for our first visit. Noah and Anna where happy to see Grandma Janice again and kept trying to distract her, but it was great to meet her and I look forward to many future visits.
