Repeat

Our Auntie Lorna from the UK made a great sweater when Noah was born that mummy decided to repeat with me. Check out these pictures of us in the sweater. Noah was about 7 1/2 months old in his picture and I'm almost 9 months old, so do keep that in mind when you compare our size. Great sweater though. Thanks Auntie Lorna!

Cornbread

Yummy cornbread. Check out the crumbs in my bib.

Mummy says that cornbread makes her extra thankful for her dustbuster.

In my defense, it was Trader Joes cornbread.

Before cornbread feast, we went on a leaf hunt walk where Noah and mummy collected lots of pretty fall leaves. I think that it worked up everyone's appetite for cornbread.

Mummy has been expanding my solid food repertoire lately and tonight she added cornbread. It's awesome! It may be a little messy, but all I'm saying this that there's new cornbread eatin' champ in the family.

Hold the Applause

I've got you covered; I've learned to clap!!! Truth be told, mummy's not completely sure if it's clapping or my attempt to sign "more", but she'll learn that I've got strong musical talents and it's clearly applause. What do you think?

Monkey Joes

While in Illinois we went to this super cool place called Monkey Joes. It's a giant bouncy castle play place that I hope to visit again in the near future! Anna of course didn't bounce as much as she just crawled around, but I think that she had fun too.

Hospitality

Autumn, Anna, me, Ben and Ashlyn

Autumn and Anna

Me and Ash. She's only a year older then me, but she's a tall 3.

While we were in Illinois, we stayed with our friends Mike, Jen, Autumn, Ashlyn and Ben. They were so kind to host us for a whole week, especially since Mike was in Dubai for most of the week. We had a wonderful time and Autumn and Ashlyn now hold a very special place in my heart. Anna and Ben seemed to get along very nicely as well and shared many baby puffs. Thank you so much friends for your kind hospitality!

Chicago Visit

Daddy's High School Friends - Me, Anna, Nathan H, Zeke, Isiah, Haley-Jo H, Everett A, Grace A, Emma H

Small Group Friends - Nathan, Regan and Cami with Anna. I was rolling around on the floor protesting the picture taking. Nathan, Regan & Cami are going to have another added to their family very soon, but we didn't get to meet him.

Small Group Friends - Tyler & Callie with Anna and me.

Family Friends - Mire has a new sister, Elyse, that we got to meet.

Boston Friends - Our friends Emily & Ed now live in the Chicago area. We got to meet their dog Bacon and I loved him!

We just got back from a great visit in Chicago! We visited with lots of friends. I have to confess that I didn't remember most of them from before, but we had a great time anyway. Only the littlest kids in these pictures are new to the blog, so some of the names and faces may be familiar to the blog faithfuls. After we got back, daddy realized that none of the grown ups made it into any of the pictures, but I will vouch for them having been around.

Sippy

The other day I was helping Anna figure out how to use her sippy cup. We really are such happy kids, mummy and daddy are so lucky!
