As I said, I really liked the marching band conductors (there were 3), so after seeing what they did, I started swinging my arms around and demanding that people do what I want. I started my leadership with a sweet smile to win everyone over just to make it easier for them.
Sweeping in and out. You've got to use big motions to make sure people know what you want them to do.

Jonah just thought the whole thing was funny and spent more time making silly faces then following my lead. At least he's cute.
