For our last family of 5 affair, we went to the Shedd Aquarium this weekend. It was so much fun! Noah loved it because he just finished a sea creature unit at school. Everyone's favorite part of our visit was the ocean animal show with dolphins, hawks and beluga whales. Here Noah and Anna are waiting for the show to start.

The beluga whales doing tricks for us. They're noisy animals, but they were lots of fun to watch play around!
After the show was over, the trainers continued to work with the belugas. It was neat to be so close to the animals. We really wanted the belugas to leave their trainers and come and play with us, but it was still fun to see them up close.
Daddy helped me to touch a starfish! It was awesome! I was the only one brave enough to actually touch the starfish. Anna tried, but got scared once daddy picked her up. I on the other hand would have gotten into the tank with the starfish if they had let me.
One of the special exhibits was about jelly fish. It was something that both Noah & Anna really wanted to see. I wasn't as interested in the jelly fish because they're kind of weird, but everyone else seemed interested in them.
